This lightly cultured butter is made from the hand-skimmed cream of Solo di Bruna (Brown Cow) milk, as part of the traditional production of Valserena Parmigiano Reggiano. Each morning, Parmigiano Reggiano is crafted using whole fresh milk from the morning milking and matured skimmed milk from the evening milking. The butter is made from the hand-skimmed cream of the evening milk, resulting in a light, bright, and fresh-tasting butter with a smooth and delicate texture.
A true farmhouse product, Valserena Reggiano Butter reflects the richness of Brown Cow milk and offers exceptional flavour for both cooking and table use.

About the Producer
Valserena is a fifth-generation, family-owned cheese and dairy producer and one of the last true farmhouse producers of Parmigiano Reggiano in Italy. As a full-circle producer, they grow their own feed, raise their own cows, and produce and age their cheese and dairy products entirely on their farm. This hands-on approach ensures that each product is an authentic expression of its origin, delivering exceptional quality and heritage in every bite.
