Black Truffle & Squid Ink Salami

This artisanal salami is crafted using hand-cut pork fat, whole muscle pork, Italian squid ink, and black truffle, then aged in a natural casing for 3–4 months. The result is a deeply savoury, umami-rich salami with an unmistakable aroma of truffle and a striking dark appearance.

To fully experience its complex flavours and textures, slice thinly and allow the salami to come to room temperature before serving.
