Description

Mount Zero Lime Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Crafted using the traditional agrumato method, Mount Zero Lime Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made by cold-pressing whole limes together with freshly harvested Frantoio olives. This process captures the bright zest of lime within the body of the oil, resulting in a delectable blend of citrus vibrancy and fruity olive depth.

It’s a bold and aromatic finishing oil that brings a refreshing lift to a wide variety of dishes.
