This limited-release olive oil is the result of an exciting collaboration between Mount Zero and Mountain Yuzu, specialty citrus growers based in Northeast Victoria. Whole yuzu fruit and olives are cold-pressed together, creating an exceptionally aromatic oil with a bright, citrus-forward flavour and subtle bitterness.
