Description

Mount Zero Chilli Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Made in the traditional Italian agrumato style, Mount Zero’s Chilli Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil is created by cold-pressing whole chillies and olives together, rather than infusing chilli into oil with heat. This artisan method produces a vibrant, burnished orange oil with a fresh, capsicum-like flavour and a warming heat that builds slowly on the palate.

A bold yet balanced finishing oil that brings both flavour and fire to the table.
