Mount Zero Organic Black Barley is a certified organic ancient grain, grown in Western Australia. Naturally hull-less, this unique barley variety requires no post-harvest pearling, making it one of the few wholegrain barleys that retains its full nutrient content.

With a nutty flavour and satisfyingly chewy texture, black barley is a nutrient-dense choice for hearty, wholesome meals.
