Founded in 2009 by Pierre "Pepe" Issa and his wife Melissa Altman, Pepe Saya has become synonymous with premium Australian cultured butter. Their journey began with a desire to create a high-quality, locally produced butter, leading them to sell their first batch at Sydney's Carriageworks Farmers Market in November 2010. Since then, their dedication to traditional butter-making techniques and sourcing the finest cream from local dairy farmers has earned them numerous accolades, including gold and silver medals at the Royal Melbourne Show. Today, Pepe Saya's handcrafted butter is a favourite among chefs and home cooks alike, celebrated for its exceptional taste and artisanal quality.
