Round Cultured Butter (Unsalted) - Ctn 6 x 200g
Description
Pepe Saya Unsalted Cultured Butter Rounds – 200g (Carton of 6)
Pepe Saya's Unsalted Cultured Butter is renowned for its rich flavour and creamy texture, achieved through traditional butter-making techniques. Fresh cream is cultured with Lactobacillus, creating crème fraîche, which is then churned into butter. This process imparts a tangy, creamy taste that develops complexity over time as the cultures mature, enhancing the butter's flavour and aroma.
Each 200g round is hand-wrapped, reflecting the artisanal quality of Pepe Saya's products. The unsalted variant offers versatility, allowing chefs and home cooks to control seasoning in both sweet and savoury dishes.
