Description

Mount Zero Pink Lake Salt – 5kg

Located just 50km from Mount Zero’s olive grove in Western Victoria, the Pink Lake at Dimboola dries out each summer to reveal a bed of salmon-coloured salt crystals. In a respectful and sustainable partnership with the Barengi Gadjin Land Council—the Traditional Owners of the land—Mount Zero hand-harvests a small quantity of salt from the lake each year.

This natural pink salt is a concentrated store of essential mineral nutrients, including:

Calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, sulphur

Iron, manganese, zinc, copper

Naturally rich in beta-carotene, contributing to its vibrant hue

Unlike many sharp-tasting refined salts, this mineral-rich salt offers a complex, well-rounded flavour, making it a premium choice for everyday seasoning or gourmet finishing.
