A seasonal mix of Mount Zero’s best olives. Kalamata and Wild olives are always included, while Blonde Kalamata, Arbequina, Manzanilla, and Ligurian olives feature depending on seasonal availability. The variation in size, shape, colour, and flavour creates an attractive presentation and ensures there is something to suit every palate.

About the Producer:
Mount Zero Olives is a family-owned business rooted in the Wimmera/Grampians region of Western Victoria, operating from one of Australia's oldest olive groves, established in 1946. The company is committed to sustainable and organic practices, producing a premium range of Australian olives, extra virgin olive oils, grains, and pulses.
Their farming philosophy emphasises biodiversity, soil health, and minimal intervention, ensuring products of exceptional flavour and integrity. Mount Zero has earned a strong reputation among chefs, retailers, and home cooks for its consistent quality and regional character.
The business is deeply committed to environmental responsibility, utilising biodynamic methods, recyclable packaging, and supporting local communities and ethical supply chains.
In collaboration with the Barengi Gadjin Land Council, Mount Zero respectfully hand-harvests salt from the Pink Lake in Dimboola, maintaining the natural resource and its unique surroundings.
Mount Zero's dedication to quality and sustainability has been recognised with the induction of Jane, Neil, and Richard Seymour as "Melbourne Food & Wine Legends" in 2010.
