A sharp, salty and smooth vegan Persian-style feta made from certified organic raw ingredients, preserved in olive oil with fresh herbs. Naturally fermented, full-flavoured and clean on the palate.

Use it as you would a classic Persian feta: crumble through salads, scatter over tarts and pizzas, fold into risotto, add to a smoked salmon–style bagel, or whip smooth and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.

Storage & Handling: This is a live, fermented product. Minimise time out of the fridge. Always keep the feta fully submerged in oil. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 60 days or by the marked expiry date.
