Kris Lloyd Artisan’s Persian Feta is crafted using 100% Australian cow’s milk and follows a traditional, lactic-set method, not unlike the process used for yoghurt. After being drained quickly, the feta is lightly seasoned with salt and left to age for 12 days. Following this, it is hand-portioned, and each jar is carefully marinated with a blend of fresh local thyme, peppercorns, and vegetable oil. The feta is then filled with a mix of Coriole Vineyards olive oil, ensuring a harmonious balance of rich flavour and natural aroma.

This creamy, flavourful feta is a versatile cheese, perfect for a wide range of dishes, including dipping, spreading, salads, bruschetta, and more.
