Mount Zero Falafel Mix

This traditional Middle Eastern falafel mix is made from organic chickpeas grown in the Wimmera, offering an authentic and wholesome base for making delicious falafels at home.

Preparation is simple:
Just add:

Water

Diced onion

Chopped parsley

Mix to form into balls or patties and cook to your preference:

Pan-fry (shallow fry in a pan)

Grill on the BBQ

Deep fry in traditional olive oil

This mix offers a flavourful, protein-rich alternative to meat, ideal for wraps, mezze platters, salads, or as a snack.
