Made following the same meticulous process as City Larder’s classic pâtés, this version is enhanced with Madeira, port, and brandy, combined with onion and garlic for depth of flavour. Grass-fed butter is generously incorporated to ensure a silky mouthfeel, making it an exceptional vegetarian alternative to traditional pâtés.
