Caviar - Sturgeon Baerii 'Esturion de Sarrion' - 30g
Description
Caviar - Sturgeon Baerii 'Esturión de Sarrión' (30g)
A traditional dry-salted caviar from the Siberian sturgeon (Acipenser baerii), this Siberian Reserve Caviar offers a delicate texture with a slightly sweet flavour and buttery notes. Aged for up to four months in 17kg mother tins, the caviar develops depth and complexity before being repacked into smaller tins just before delivery, ensuring peak freshness and flavour.
Sourced from upstream floating cages in the pristine mountain waters of Aragón, Spain, this caviar benefits from mineral-rich waters that enhance its natural taste. The sturgeon are wild-raised, with female fish selected through ultrasound scanning to extract the roe at optimal maturation before being carefully released back into the water.
