An olive variety originating in Spain, Mount Zero Arbequina is renowned as the delicate oil in the range. It offers a soft, buttery texture and gentle bitterness, with aromatic notes of cut grass, walnut, and warm spice, finishing with a subtle peppery lift.

Its balance and finesse make it the ideal choice for delicate dishes—perfect for subtle salad dressings, sweet or savoury baking, or for confit preparations with your favourite protein or vegetables.

Mount Zero Olives is a family-owned business rooted in the Wimmera/Grampians region of Western Victoria, operating from one of Australia's oldest olive groves, established in 1946. The company is committed to sustainable and organic practices, producing a premium range of Australian olives, extra virgin olive oils, grains, and pulses.
