Description

Heilala Vanilla Paste

Sweetly scented with distinctive fruity characteristics, Heilala Pure Vanilla Paste is rich in aroma and flavour, with a generous concentration of dark vanilla seeds visible throughout.

Made from vine-ripened vanilla beans, each bean is grown with integrity and hand-selected by local Tongan farmers. The paste is produced by carefully blending three-month cold-extracted pure vanilla extract with vanilla bean seeds, delivering an exceptionally concentrated and well-rounded vanilla profile.

One teaspoon of Heilala vanilla paste delivers the flavour and seeds of one whole vanilla bean. Each 750 ml jar of single-fold vanilla paste contains the equivalent of approximately 150 vanilla beans, making it ideal for professional and high-volume use.

Vanilla Extract (Water, Alcohol, Vanilla Extractives), Vanilla Seeds, Sugar, Thickener (Xanthan Gum).
