’Nduja by Saison – ~1.3kg
This spreadable salumi is made from 100% pork, using double fine-ground fat and whole muscle to create a soft, luxurious texture. Flavoured with a blend of coarse and fine-textured Calabrian chilli spices, it delivers a balanced, smoky heat that remains milder than classic Calabrian ’nduja, making it accessible yet full of depth.
Encased in a fibrous casing, this ‘nduja undergoes a slow-smoking process, allowing smoke to penetrate up to 90mm deep, enhancing its rich, savoury flavour. No cooking is required—simply spread, slice, or scoop to enjoy its bold taste.
