This handmade pasta is crafted in Sydney using locally sourced free-range eggs and 00 flour from the NSW wheat belt in Dubbo at Ben Furney Milling. With less than half the cooking time of dried pasta, Mafaldine offers a fresh, tender bite that makes it one of the best commercially available fresh pasta options in the country. It pairs wonderfully with rich ragù, sausage, cime di rapa, or similar dishes.
