Mount Zero combines a select variety of Middle Eastern flavours to create their Egyptian Dukkah. This aromatic spice mix features pistachios, almonds, hazelnuts, sesame seeds, coriander, cumin, pepper, and Mount Zero's own Pink Lake Salt. Traditionally enjoyed by dipping fresh bread into olive oil and then the dukkah, this versatile blend is also superb sprinkled over salads, steamed or roasted vegetables, or as seasoning for meats and fish.
