Caramelised Apple Balsamic - 750ml

A reduction of balsamic vinegar and apple, thick and glossy with the slow-cooked sweetness you expect from a caramelised balsamic. The apple is not incidental. It adds sweetness, depth, and a distinctive tart acidity that works with the vinegar rather than simply softening it, producing a condiment with more complexity and a cleaner, brighter finish than a standard balsamic glaze.
