The latest addition to Mount Zero’s acclaimed agrumato EVOO collection, this Bergamot Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced by cold-pressing whole bergamot fruit from the foothills of the Victorian Alps with Frantoio olives. This traditional method captures the full spectrum of the citrus’ aromatic oils and juice, resulting in a vibrant, floral, and delicately perfumed oil.

With its balance of fruity olive richness and elegant bergamot zest, this oil is a standout for both sweet and savoury dishes.
