Made from vermouth-style wine infused with classic Mediterranean botanicals, Gardeny Vermouth Vinegar is a unique and aromatic vinegar with a rosé hue and a complex herbal profile. Expect a medium-sweet flavour balanced by notes of wormwood, rosemary, thyme, and bay leaf. Its character is both fresh and slightly bitter—true to its vermouth roots—making it ideal for creative, flavour-forward dishes.

Try it with: seafood dishes (cockles, mussels, clams, oysters), tapas-style snacks, tuna or vegetable salads, marinades for fish or light meats, and pickled vegetables.
