About the Producer

Senga is a small, family-owned farm and producer in Marcaria, Italy, originally making Mostarda to serve in their Agriturismo farm restaurant. Fruits are grown on their farm, hand-selected at peak ripeness, and hand-made in small quantities following the harvest cycle. No artificial colours, preservatives, or thickening agents are used.
