Description

Maffra Cloth-Ashed Cheddar

Maffra Cloth-Ashed Cheddar is a multi-award-winning farmhouse cheddar, celebrated for its sweet upfront notes and complex after tones. Aged for 15 months to two years, it matures in temperature-controlled maturing rooms on the farm, allowing the cheese to develop depth and richness over time.

Each wheel is ripened under traditional cloth-binding, which encourages the formation of a thin natural rind. This technique enhances the cheese’s dense, crumbly texture and deep savoury complexity, making it an exceptional choice for cheese lovers.
