Biodynamic Pearl Barley - 1.5kg
Description
Mount Zero Pearl Barley
Sourced from the self-mulching, nutrient-rich soils of the Wimmera in Western Victoria, Mount Zero Pearl Barley is a versatile and nutritious ancient grain with a mild, nutty flavour and a pleasantly chewy texture, similar to brown rice.
Unlike many commercial pearl barleys that are over-polished and prone to becoming mushy, Mount Zero’s barley is carefully pearled to retain the inner husk, preserving both flavour and nutrition.
