Named after the French cheesemaker who taught them the art of crafting this complex style, Edith is notoriously difficult to perfect—but worth every effort. After several years of refinement, she has returned with all the character, flavour, and allure that made her unforgettable.

Edith offers two distinct tasting journeys:

When young – her ash-coated rind encloses a firmer, chalky interior with gentle nutty and savoury notes, accompanied by delicate earthy aromas.

With age – the paste softens into a luscious, velvety texture that oozes with complexity, delivering bold, seductive flavours that linger long on the palate.
