This exceptional Parmigiano Reggiano is made exclusively from Solo di Bruna (Brown Cow) milk, a rare and prized variety known for its higher butterfat content and complex flavour profile. Valserena is one of the last true farmhouse producers of Parmigiano Reggiano in Italy—they grow their own feed, raise their own cows, and produce and age their cheese entirely on-site.
Aged for 36 months, this cheese is bold, powerful, and textural with a crumbly and grainy structure. Flavour notes of spices, dried fruit, and hazelnut make this an extraordinary representation of one of Italy’s most important DOP cheeses.
