Named after the historic Spanish town of Salamanca, this traditional coarsely ground salumi is made from premium pork and spiced with pimentón (Spanish paprika). Produced by Rodriguez Bros, a pioneer of Spanish smallgoods in Australia, this salumi stays true to authentic Spanish curing traditions.

About the Producer

Rodriguez Bros is a family-owned Australian company specialising in authentic Spanish-style smallgoods. Established in the 1970s by Rogelio Rodriguez Snr and his wife Elvira, the company traces its roots to Llerena, Extremadura, Spain. After immigrating to Sydney, they began producing traditional Spanish smallgoods in Leichhardt, making Rodriguez Bros one of the first families to commercially produce Spanish-style charcuterie in Australia.

Today, the business is run by Rogelio Rodriguez and his wife, Maree, who continue the family’s legacy, ensuring that their products remain true to the rich heritage and craftsmanship of Spanish smallgoods.
