Ricotta Salata - 700g apx
Description
This Ricotta Salata has a compact, flaky texture, which allows it to replace pecorino and parmesan when required.
It is developed by reheating the leftover whey from hard cheeses and adding a little fresh milk and salt to make a soft white curd cheese with a solid, yet granular consistency.
Serve cubed in salads, sliced on sandwiches or grated.
