This dark, deeply savoury stock is crafted from a blend of grass-fed beef bones — including neck, brisket, and marrow-rich shin (osso buco) — to deliver a full-bodied, homestyle flavour with exceptional depth.
Cold, it sets to a natural jelly, rich in collagen and full of body. Warmed, it offers a silky mouthfeel and a slow-cooked, comforting taste.
The stock is built on layers of roasted beef, deeply toasted tomato purée, and dried forest mushrooms, giving it a bold, umami-rich backbone. Aromatic herbs and spices gently soften the intensity, adding warmth and balance without muting the beef.
