Gardeny Sherry Vinegar is made from wines produced in the Jerez-Xérès-Sherry Denomination of Origin (DOP) in southern Spain. Crafted using the traditional criaderas and solera ageing system in oak barrels, this vinegar has a rich, nutty profile with balanced acidity and a dry, slightly woody finish.

Gardeny is the flagship brand of Badia Vinagres, a fifth-generation, family-owned vinegar house based in Mollerussa, Lleida, Catalonia.
