Ideal as a marinade for meats and seafood, stirred through couscous and grains, folded into sauces and stews, or served alongside roasted vegetables and grilled meats.

About the Producer

Tahini Neri was founded by Neri, who grew up in Israel learning traditional tahini and hummus recipes from his grandmother (“safta”) in a communal kitchen. After moving to Australia, he began producing tahini in his Melbourne garage in 2016, refining family recipes and selling at local farmers’ markets.
