Pitted Green Cerignola Olives from Mount Zero are Cerignola variety green olives grown in Mildura, Victoria, and carefully pitted ready for use.

They are made using the Spanish method of curing, which helps preserve their green colour and gives a milder, citrusy flavour and a firm texture. They are equally at home on an antipasto platter or in tapas, and work well in baking.

About the Producer

Mount Zero Olives began as a family olive grove at the foot of Mount Zero in the Grampians. In 1993 the Seymour family bought part of Jacob Friedman's original plantation, and Neil, Jane and Richard Seymour have since built deep experience in growing, fermenting and milling olives and olive oil. In 2010 they were inducted as Melbourne Food & Wine Legends.

Today Mount Zero works with a select group of growers across Victoria and South Australia. With a heritage as biodynamic farmers, the business is built on flavour, sustainable farming and sustainable packaging.
