Description
A sharp, salty and smooth vegan Persian-style feta made from certified organic raw ingredients, preserved in olive oil with fresh herbs. Naturally fermented, full-flavoured and clean on the palate.
Use it as you would a classic Persian feta: crumble through salads, scatter over tarts and pizzas, fold into risotto, add to a smoked salmon–style bagel, or whip smooth and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
Storage & Handling
This is a live, fermented product. Minimise time out of the fridge. Always keep the feta fully submerged in oil to maintain freshness and quality.
Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 60 days or by the marked expiry date, whichever comes first.
