Berrys Creek Gourmet Cheese was founded in 2007 by master cheesemaker Barry Charlton and his partner Cheryl Hulls in Fish Creek, South Gippsland. With over four decades of experience, Barry is renowned as one of Australia’s leading blue cheese artisans. The dairy sources high-quality milk from local farms, including cow’s milk from a nearby dairy and buffalo milk from a single herd raised by the Jans family. This commitment to local sourcing ensures freshness and contributes to the unique flavours of their cheeses.
