A heavily veined cow’s milk blue, Oak Blue is the flagship cheese in the Berrys Creek range. Luxuriously creamy, slightly spicy, with a buttery mouthfeel and a striking yellow colour due to high-quality cow’s milk and high fat content.
Perfect for cheeseboards accompanied by dried fruits or incorporated into pasta and gnocchi dishes. One of the all-time greats of Australian cheesemaking.

About the Producer
Berrys Creek Gourmet Cheese was founded in 2007 by master cheesemaker Barry Charlton and his partner Cheryl Hulls in Fish Creek, South Gippsland. With over four decades of experience, Barry is regarded as one of Australia’s leading blue cheese specialists. Milk is sourced locally from nearby dairies and a single buffalo herd raised by the Jans family.
