Meatsmith’s house-made pastrami is a benchmark in Australian charcuterie. The brisket is first brined, then coated in a signature blend of black pepper, coriander seed, mustard powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and brown sugar. It’s then smoked over beechwood for eight hours, resulting in a pastrami that is richly marbled, deeply savoury, and gently spiced.
This gluten-free pastrami is ready to enjoy straight from the pack. Serve it in a classic Reuben sandwich, layer it on a charcuterie board with pickles and mustard, or pair it with celeriac remoulade or a warm potato salad for a lighter twist.
