Marinated Buffalo Cheese with Lemon Myrtle – Carton (6 x 200g)

This luxuriously creamy buffalo milk cheese is seasoned with lemon myrtle, sourced from a tiny farm next to Kris Lloyd’s factory. The process begins with overnight lactic setting, similar to yoghurt. After quick draining, the cheese is rolled in local lemon myrtle, lightly seasoned with salt, and aged for approximately 12 days. Each jar is portioned by hand and filled with lemon myrtle, seasonal herbs, and a blend of vegetable oil and Coriole Vineyards olive oil.

Expect a bright, fresh citrus twist that beautifully complements the rich buffalo milk cheese. An excellent palate-cleansing appetiser.
