This bold and aromatic salami is crafted using pork cheek, collar, and back fat, blended with chilli, fennel, and pepper for a rich, well-balanced flavour. Aged for two months, it is wrapped in organic linen, allowing for a unique maturation process that enhances its texture and depth of flavour.

The hefty Korean chilli (gochugaru) crust adds an extra layer of texture, subtle heat, and a touch of natural sweetness, making this salami a flavour powerhouse.
