Description
Blue Corn Totopos (Tortilla Chips)
La Tortilleria’s Blue Corn Totopos are artisan tortilla chips crafted using traditional nixtamalization methods, incorporating blue corn to offer a distinctive flavor and visual appeal.Blue corn is renowned in Mexico for its richer, nuttier taste and higher nutritional value compared to regular corn. These tortilla chips are made from wholegrain, stone-ground blue corn tortillas, resulting in a product that is both deliciously crunchy and robust enough to hold up to hearty dips and toppings.
Ideal for dipping into guacamole, salsa, or ceviche, these chips also elevate traditional Mexican dishes like chilaquiles and nachos, where their sturdy texture absorbs flavors without becoming soggy.
