Wadaman Black Sesame Paste is a rich, thick and spoonable paste made from carefully selected black sesame seeds, stone-ground up to four times for a smooth, silky finish. Deeply nutty and aromatic, it suits both sweet and savoury applications. Use it in sauces, desserts, pastries, ice cream, dressings, noodle dishes and marinades.

Note: Mix well before use to ensure an even texture. If necessary, gently heat the pack until warm to facilitate mixing.

Pre-Portioned Black Sesame Paste Mix

Ingredients (yields ~45 × 30 g portions):

• 1 kg Wadaman black sesame paste
• 150 g sugar
• 150 ml water

Method:

1. Combine the black sesame paste, sugar and water.
2. Blend until smooth and fully combined.
3. Portion into 30 g units.
4. Store refrigerated or frozen as appropriate.

Black Sesame Latte (Single Serve)

Ingredients:

• 1 × 30 g portion of black sesame paste mix
• 180 ml milk (dairy or alternative)

Method:

1. Add the 30 g portion to the milk.
2. Emulsify with a stick blender until fully combined.
3. Heat gently until warm, taking care not to boil.
