Australian Black Peppercorns
These whole black peppercorns are grown, harvested, and dried in Silkwood, Queensland, by L & L Pepperfarms, Australia's only commercial black pepper farm. Established in the late 1980s by brothers Levi and Louis Campagnolo, the farm is now managed by Donna Campagnolo. With approximately 5,000 pepper plants across 3 hectares, they produce around 2 tonnes of pepper annually.
The peppercorns are pesticide-free, fresh, bright, and aromatic, enhancing meats, vegetables, sauces, and dressings. Their bold, clean flavour elevates both everyday and gourmet dishes.
